Registration Policy

All attendees must pre-register online or contact with their name, company, phone number, and email if they wish to pay with cash or check at the door.

Registration will be closed by 12:00 PM the day before the scheduled seminar if not already full.

No late registrations or walk-ins will be accepted.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds must be made at least 3 business days before the seminar. No refunds will be given to no-shows or late requests.

All registrants may request someone come in their place if they are unable to attend. Please contact at least 24 hours before the class for substitution requests.

In case of cancellation due to inclement weather or low enrollment, notification via email will be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please make certain the email you provide for registration is correct.
