“It taught me that you start small,” Franzke explains, “and you test your assumptions.” By testing your assumptions regarding your business’s feasibility, you will be able to “find out what your customer really wants, because they’re going to be the ones writing the check in the end.” It’s all about finding out what your customer wants, which may not coincide with what you want.
