Expert-Moderated Peer Forums

CEO participants from non-competing industries gather in a confidential, small group setting to discuss ideas, opportunities, lessons learned and pressing issues related to their business. A small business expert moderates the forums to facilitate and guide productive dialogue. The peer analysis and shared strategies learned from this confidential, highly collaborative structure results in immediate actionable solutions that participants can implement in their businesses.

An Individual Business Coach

Being paired with a personal business coach is one of the program’s key components. CEO Coaching and More’s coaches come from diverse industries and backgrounds and each has a track record of success. Your coach is selected based on a thorough assessment of your needs.
